On behalf of Airport pickup and temporary accommodation in-charge, we would like to make some important suggestions to ensure your painless journey to the destination.

Please make a note of the following details before your arrival:

# Mail us at-least two week before coming here so as to give me enough time to make the necessary arrangements for your Accommodation and Airport pick-up. Our e-mail address are listed below.

# Keep our phone number along with the phone number of the person in charge to pick you up (you will receive this in e-mail correspondence).

# Keep some change (quarters) with you that will help you make a call when something goes wrong, and you need to contact someone for help. (you can make a phone call from the airport using a public telephone).

# Please remember that this is not a taxi service and hence if you have not been in contact with us before you arrive, don't expect us to turn up at the airport to pick you up when you call us at the last moment. And most of all when you send e-mail to me, please make it to the point. We receive hundreds of e-mails and it becomes time consuming to read very long letters.

While sending your e-mails PLEASE include the following details:
a) Your Full Name.
b) Date of Arrival
c) Arrival Time (Please specify AM/PM)
d) The Flight numbers of all the flights and connections that you will take before arriving.
