The 2009 OSU Fall Show presented to you by the Indian Students Association and the Indian American Association will be November 14th, 2009 in the Weigel Hall Auditorium!

Come enjoy a night of Indian dance, music, and food!

Show price: $7 for IAA/ISA Members and $10 for non-members

Doors will open at 7 pm if the Iowa game is at 12:00 pm and will open at 8 pm if the Iowa game is at 3:30 pm.

Food will be provided at the show catered by Bayleaf India Bistro! $2.00 for a plate of delicious Indian snacks!

BUCKEYE PREMIER LEAGUE 2009

League Games: Saturday, November 21st (12 to 7PM)
Semi Finals and Final: Sunday, November 22nd (6 to 10PM)

Tournament details:
• Seven-overs and seven-a-side (10 in the roster) tennis ball cricket tournament.
• No outside OSU players are allowed. BuckIDs will be strictly checked.
• Winning team gets the inaugural Buckeye Premier League trophy.
• Individual trophies to each member of the winning team.
• NO ENTRY FEE.
• Teams, which are named after major cities of the sub-continent, will be selected by the respective nationality organizations.
• A person can play for any team if the team in-charge is in agreement.

ISA General Meeting

Attend the general meeting to know how you can help ISA in planning and organization of its events. There are a number of exciting events in the coming days including the Fall Diwali Show, a Cricket Tournament, a couple of Music Concerts and Game Nights together with the ongoing Stadium Volunteering, etc. IT IS THE TIME TO GET INVOLVED WITH ISA!!

Independence Day of India

India's Independence Day is celebrated on August 15 to commemorate its independence from foreign rule and its birth as a sovereign nation. Flag hoisting followed by the National Anthem will be done in the Browning Amphitheater on Saturday at 11:30AM.

Samosas and other refreshments will be served.

Suggested Attired: Indian

After this we will be watching the famous Hindi movie "Lage Raho Munnabhai"
